Fox channels to not be interrupted

FoxYou’ll be happy to know that your Fox channels will not be interrupted.

After much back and forth, TDS® and the Fox Networks reached acceptable terms that will keep Fox’s vast array of networks on the air for TDS customers.

Escalating network fees are the No. 1 threat to affordable cable TV. The new terms ensure continued carriage of these channels in the TDS digital cable lineup.

Happy New Year and thank you for being a TDS customer.

Ben, It should be on channel 55/583 in Expanded TV (Full Basic). Let me know if you can’t find it and I will check into this further. Cheryl

Hi Dean, We have some bandwidth restrictions in Estes Park, so at this time there are no plans to have HGTV go High Def. Regarding adding the DIY channel, plans are for that to happen in 2018 or 2019. Cheryl

Thanks for your reply. Who makes the decision for High Def channels. From what I read, HGTV has more viewers than a lot of the other High Def channels. So, my recommendation is to make HGTV High Def and eliminate High Def on one of the least watched channels.
