Series
Homeland (Nominated for 3 Emmys including Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series)

Patrick Melrose (Nominated for 5 Emmys including Outstanding Limited Series)
Get ready for the lowdown on the British upper class. This five-part limited series based on the acclaimed novels by Edward St. Aubyn tracks Patrick from a privileged but deeply traumatic childhood in the South of France through severe substance abuse in his twenties in New York and, ultimately, toward recovery back home in Britain. At once harrowing and hilarious, Oscar® nominee and Emmy® winner Benedict Cumberbatch stars as the troubled titular character.

Twin Peaks (Nominated for 9 Emmys)
The new SHOWTIME 18-part limited event series picks up 25 years after the inhabitants of a quaint northwestern town were stunned when their homecoming queen Laura Palmer was shockingly murdered.

Documentaries
Eric Clapton: Life in 12 Bars
Told through Eric Clapton’s own words, this documentary reflects on his traumatic childhood, his difficult struggle with drugs and alcohol, the loss of his son and how he always found his inner strength and healing in music.

Jeff Lynne’s ELO: Wembley or Bust
The Concert documentary, Jeff Lynne’s ELO: Wembley or Bust, will make its U.S. television premiere on Showtime on Friday, July 27 at 9 p.m. The show documents Lynne’s ELO performance in England’s famed Wembley Stadium in front of a sold-out crowd of 60,000 fans.
