TDS Telecommunications (TDS®) has reached an agreement with Hearst Television. The ABC channel (KOAT-TV) and the Estrella TV channel will remain on the air in the New Mexico cable markets of Alamogordo, Carlsbad, Hobbs, Lovington, Ruidoso, Truth or Consequences and in Cortez, Colorado (ABC only).
