Living large with 2 free Previews in September: Outdoor and Sportsman Channels

TDS and the Outdoor and Sportsman Channels are teaming up for another free preview this September! TDS TV+ and digital TV customers can now experience all that nature has to offer from the comfort of their homes.

The Outdoor Channel offers a variety of programming, including hunting, fishing, and survival shows. Dedicated to the outdoor lifestyle and conservation, the Outdoor Channel aims to educate viewers about the importance of preserving public lands and spaces.

This summer, the Outdoor and Sportsman Channel offered a refreshed programming lineup showcasing legendary outdoor personalities that are experts in their respected fields. Hunting fever builds as premieres of original series kicked off this summer with Bowhunter TV, McMillanThe Trail, and Overlanders.

And don’t miss Farming the Wild: Complete Butchery Specials (premieres Monday, Sept. 18 at 7 and 7:30 p.m. ET) where Chef Mike Robinson demonstrates the best techniques for butchering in this two-part special that includes showing safe extraction from the woods to skinning to bleeding to packaging and dry ageing.

The Sportsman Channel trades fishing rods and reels for bows and arrows as the fall lineup features several new series coming to the network, including Roger Raglin Outdoors (Tuesdays, 8 p.m. ET), Legends of the Fall (Wednesdays, 8 p.m. ET), Duck Lore (Saturdays, 4:30 p.m. ET) and Dirt Trax TV (Thursdays, 8 p.m. ET).

Continuing to bring the pages of their respected magazines to life are North American Whitetail with a new time on Wednesdays at 9:30 p.m. ET, Guns & Ammo (Thursdays, 9 p.m. ET), and Handguns (Thursdays, 10:30 p.m. ET). Each carry on their series runs with helpful hints and how-to’s from the editors and experts who have (almost) done it all.

If you would like to add the Sports package to your TDS subscription, call 855-301-7470, so you can continue watching your favorite outdoor shows.
