Q: Describe your experience with TDS internet and phone services.

With the app on our smartphones and laptops, we were able to continue using our phone services and stay connected with our clients and other offices. Even though our Ruidoso employees were scattered, business was able to go on. We could still use call features like call forwarding, call transfer, voicemail, and desktop sharing.

Q: Why would you recommend TDS to other businesses?

A: I’ve been really impressed with the personal support we’ve received from TDS. During the wildfires, our Account Executive, Tiffany Varbel, went above and beyond. She was on the phone with me at 6:00 in the morning, checking in and making sure everything was running smoothly. Tiffany kept us updated and was in constant communication with our IT department, helping wherever she could. It’s the kind of service and dedication you can only dream of during a time of need.
