- Close the app and launch it again.
- Uninstall and Re-install the Bally Sports App.
- Install and open the app on a different device to see if the issue is the same.
- Turn of the device for a few seconds. Turn it back on and launch the app to see if the problem is fixed.

Hi, I am getting a 401 error when trying to stream anything. I click the buttons to start streaming then click my TV provider (DirecTV) and then get the 401 error. It’s been like this for a few days.
