TDS continues Central Oregon community investment

The former BendBroadband mascot, Scout, lives on in the TDS offices in Bend.

While BendBroadband recently rebranded to TDS, the commitment to Central Oregon remains the same.

In fact, the company invested more than $60,000 in local donations and sponsorships last year. You may have seen our presence at events like Heaven Can Wait 5K, the Deschutes RiverFEST, or the Latino Community Association’s Gala de Oro.

We also supported a number of great organizations through donations, like The Giving Plate and the Children’s Miracle Network

In total, we were proud to help more than a dozen events and organizations throughout the year – and you can look forward to continued community investment in 2023. Already this year, we’ve been active supporting the Central Oregon Community College’s Season of Nonviolence and the Redmond Chamber of Commerce Annual Banquet, with many more to come.

“Helping our community is a core part of our company’s mission. We look forward to continue serving Central Oregon and hope to see you out at the great local events that make our region a special place to live and work,” said Eugene Axtell, associate manager of field marketing in Bend.
