Hi James, There is no set schedule on when modem firmware is updated. It is modified as is necessary to provide the best customer experience. With any upgrade there is a degree of risk of customers experiencing a loss of service and we do not take that risk lightly. A very thorough testing is completed before any necessary upgrade is pushed out to our subscribers devices.
